Delivery and returns    

Currently for customers within UK we offer 3 options to deliver:

• MyHermes delivery service (2-3 days) starting from £3.50. Free when your order value is more than £85.
• Next day 1st Class Royal Mail sign for delivery starting from £4.95
• You can collect your order in person

We accept fair returns 14 days after you receive your order.

Here, at Artificial Flower Studio, you automatically earn points every time you shop with us. The more you shop the more points you earn. Your points can be redeemed against future purchases. Each £1 is equal to 1 point with each point being worth £0.05.

You do not need to have a minimum amount of points to make a redemption and your points are valid for 12 months from when they were awarded. These points can not be redeemed for cash.
